Breathwork & Meditation
Coaching in the Isle of Man
Rhythm & Breath Meditation was created with a simple vision: to help people find
peace through breath, rhythm, and stillness. Life can be overwhelming — but
within each of us lies a calm, centred presence waiting to be uncovered.

– About Rhythm & Breath Meditation –
A little about me
My name is Aaron, and Rhythm & Breath Meditation grew from my own search for a quieter way of living.
Like many people, I spent years living in my head—always thinking, planning and moving on to the next thing. Then, within six months of each other, I lost the only two grandparents I’d ever known.
Their passing affected me more deeply than I expected. It forced me to stop, to question how I was living, and to begin looking for a different way forward.
That search led me to breathwork, meditation and practices that gradually helped me reconnect with myself. What began as a personal journey has since become Rhythm & Breath Meditation.
My approach
I don’t believe anyone needs fixing.
Most of us don’t need more pressure or more self-criticism. We simply need the space to pause, to breathe, and to understand ourselves a little more clearly.
My role isn’t to tell you what your answers are.
It’s to create a calm, supportive environment where you can begin to discover them for yourself.
Every journey is guided gently, at your own pace, with compassion, curiosity and respect for wherever you are today.
The Journeys I offer
Whether you’re looking for a quiet space to reconnect or hoping to explore something more deeply, there are two ways we can work together.
Guided Integration Journeys combine guided Sonic Breathwork™, meditation and reflective conversation. They’re designed to help you explore what’s beneath the surface and gently carry those insights into everyday life.
Guided Sonic Breathwork™ Journeys focus on the restorative power of breath itself. They’re ideal if you’re looking to slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect through the practice without the integration element.
Both are available as personalised 1:1 sessions, online or in person.
Who I Work With
I work with people from all walks of life.
Some arrive feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.
Others are navigating change, seeking greater clarity, or simply recognising they’ve spent so long caring for everyone else they’ve forgotten to care for themselves.
You don’t need experience with meditation or breathwork.
You don’t need to arrive with the right words.
You simply arrive as you are.
– AN INVITATION–
If anything you’ve read resonates with you, I’d love to welcome you.
Whether you’re curious about breathwork for the first time or looking for a space to explore more deeply, you’re warmly invited to begin at your own pace.
Sometimes all it takes is one conversation.
Sometimes it begins with a single breath.
